Following consultation with local hospitality industry representatives this innovative new programme has been designed to give job seekers the real skills necessary to gain employment in the hospitality sector. Developed to provide a recognisable and professional qualification along with the practical skills set that employers are looking for this programme aims to support applicants in finding meaningful work in the hospitality and catering sector.
The Programme will incorporate 12 lecture days over 12 weeks at the Institute of Technology Tralee and a work placement will be provided in a selected hotel in Tralee/Killarney area.
Duration: 12 lecture days over 12 weeks (1 day per week, Starts 5th February 2014)
Location: Institute of Technology Tralee
Work Placement: A work placement in a selected hotel will be provided

This training is ideal for job seekers who wish to achieve a recognised qualification and to enhance employment opportunities.
When & Where?
Delivered in Tralee IT the course will commence in February for 12 days. Additional days for a work placement will be provided within a selected hotel.
