Location: Tralee

Duration: 2 Weeks including

• Workshops: 10th to 14th of March

• Work Placements: Starting week of the 18th of March

Course Outline:

• Deportment: Posture, confidence building

• Etiquette: Introductions, dining out, thank you letters

• Grooming: General hygiene, make-up application, hair, nail & hand care

• Style Coaching: Dressing for your body shape, styles and accessories.

• Interview Preparation: CV and cover letters, interview skills and questions, dressing for the interview, mock interviews

• Customer Service: Meeting & greeting customers, handling complaints, receptionist/telephonist duties, acquiring customer focused skills

Places are Limited and interviews will be held on Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th of March.

Closing date Friday 28th of February.
