Full Time Day Course
To assist participants in getting meaningful employment by providing a wide range of measures from which participants can draw support and professional intervention. The programme will involve the development of a structured mediation process for each client with the specific focus of realising aim and ambitions in relation to identified employment. This programme will involve professional assistance from professionally qualified counsellors who are members of: – Irish Association of Counsellors and Therapist Members of the National Counselling Institute Ireland. Registered to administer psychometric test by the British Psychological Association. Have professional indemnity insurance in regard to counselling related practice issues.

Requirements
• Applicants must have reached the current statutory school leaving age.
• Candidates must be in receipt of Social Welfare Payments for at least six months.

Training Aim: To help the trainees return to the labour market by building their confidence and self-esteem. This course focuses on the individual needs of the learner and the instructor will assist each participant to assess their career options and plan a course of action which includes further training and education leading to employment Topics include: Personal Development, Introduction to Computers, Career Choices, Career Planning and Job Seeking Skills, Personal Coaching
